At Printficly, we want you to shop with confidence and satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 100% refund on all digital products within 30 days of purchase—no questions asked!

How to Request a Refund

  • Product Name

  • Date of Purchase

Once we receive your request, we will process your refund promptly, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Since our products are digital downloads, we do not require returns—just reach out, and we’ll take care of the rest!

  • Refunds apply only to purchases made directly on Printficly.com.

Non-Refundable Cases

While we aim for a hassle-free experience, refunds may not be granted in cases of:

  • Unauthorized purchases (e.g., if someone else made the purchase using your account).

  • Repeated refund requests from the same customer that appear to be fraudulent.
